Developed and refined over more than 15 years by Claudia Rickard, this innovative approach helps children express what words cannot. Through play, movement, and gentle guidance, Bunny Talk allows complex, often suppressed emotions to surface — in a way that feels safe, creative, and empowering.

What makes it unique?
Children don’t sit down to “talk” about feelings. They act them out, they show them. Bunny Talk meets them where they are, using play as a bridge between the body and the mind.
